Welcome to Futuristic Creations. By creating an account, using this website or uploading files, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or upload content.
This page is intended to make the rules clear. It is not legal advice.
1. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your login details secure, and all activity that happens through your account.
You may not use your account for illegal activity, abuse, spam, fraud, harassment or uploading prohibited material.
2. Uploads and User Responsibility
When you upload images, files, text or other material to Futuristic Creations, you confirm that you own the material or have permission from the owner or rights holder. You also confirm that your upload does not violate copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights or other third-party rights.
You remain fully responsible for everything you upload.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share or use content that is illegal, infringes rights, contains personal data or likenesses without permission, is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, misleading, harmful, sexually explicit, abusive, exploitative, contains malware, supports spam, phishing, scams or fraud, or breaks Dutch law, EU rules or other applicable law.
Futuristic Creations may remove content or restrict accounts when we believe these rules are violated.
4. Rights to Uploaded Content
You keep the rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you give Futuristic Creations permission to store, process, display and use that content as needed to operate the website and its gallery features. Futuristic Creations does not claim ownership of user uploads.
5. Removal, Moderation and Account Limits
We may remove content, reject uploads, limit uploads, suspend accounts or delete accounts without prior warning when content or behavior violates these terms, receives credible complaints, creates risk for the website or users, or may be illegal or harmful.
6. Copyright and Abuse Reports
If you believe content on Futuristic Creations was posted without permission or violates your rights, contact us with the page URL, why you believe you are the rights holder or affected person, a short explanation of the problem, and your contact details. We can review clear reports and remove content where appropriate.
7. Website Use
You may not hack, overload, disrupt, scrape at scale, bypass security, abuse other users, create fake accounts for misuse, or use the website in a way that causes damage.
If you use Sabine AI, do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, payment details or other sensitive secrets. You may not use Sabine AI for hacking, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal instructions, privacy violations or attempts to bypass safety rules. Sabine AI can make mistakes and does not replace professional legal, medical or financial advice.
8. Availability
We try to keep Futuristic Creations available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. Features may be changed, limited, paused or stopped when needed.
9. Liability
Futuristic Creations is not responsible for user-uploaded content, misuse of the website by users, claims caused by material uploaded without permission, temporary downtime, technical problems, or loss of files or data. You use the website at your own risk.
10. Indemnity
If your upload or account activity violates someone else's rights, breaks the law or violates these terms, you are responsible for any claims, damages, costs or legal consequences. You agree to protect Futuristic Creations from claims caused by your uploads or your use of the website.
11. Privacy
For account and upload features, we may process data such as your email address, display name, login timestamps and upload records. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Changes
Futuristic Creations may update these Terms of Service when needed. The newest version will be available on this page. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
